Boston Harbor Hotel and Trillium Brewing Company are proud to announce the debut of Trillium Garden - an elevated open-air beer garden perched at the edge of Boston Harbor, where world-class craft beverages meet one of the most stunning waterfront settings in New England. Trillium Garden will open on May 19.
"Trillium Garden is exactly the kind of experience we envisioned for our waterfront — a place where guests can slow down, take in the harbor, and enjoy something truly exceptional in their glass. Trillium shares our commitment to quality and excellence, and we couldn't think of a better partner to bring this vision to life,” said Bill Brodsky, Managing Director, Boston Harbor Hotel.
"As neighbors for years, we've always admired 'Summer in the City' at the Boston Harbor Hotel," shared Esther Tetreault, CEO & Founder of Trillium. "This collaboration is a natural fit, allowing our loyal fans, hotel guests, and visitors to enjoy our full beverage lineup -- from beer to cannned cocktails and spirits - complemented by delicious food, live entertainment, and the BHH's truly remarkable standard of service. We are excited to create something special that will elevate Boston's waterfront experience."
A first-of-its-kind for Trillium, Trillium Garden marks the brewery's inaugural offering of their complete product lineup under one roof -- spanning draft and canned beers, canned cocktails, and spirits. Guests can expect a curated selection of Trilliums's finest alongside breathtaking views of Boston Harbor, making it a destination unlike any other in the city this summer.
At launch, a thoughtfully crafted light menu will complement the full beverage program, with a more expansive food menu, Summer in the City To-Go, to follow as the hotel's annual Summer in the City programming -- a seasonal waterfront series featuring dining, entertainment, and events, gets underway in June. Sports fans will also find their home at Trillium Beer Garden, with live World Cup matches broadcast throughout the space.
Trillium Garden welcomes guests Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The garden is clsoed Sundays and Mondays throughout the month.
