Each tea is paired with seasonal savories, freshly baked scones, pastries, and handcrafted sweets designed to complement the flavors and aromas in the cup. From bright citrus and floral notes to warm spices and rich chocolate, every pairing is intentional. Harbor Tea is rooted in craftsmanship, seasonality, and connection. Palais des Thés

Founded in 1986 by François-Xavier Delmas, Palais des Thés is a French tea house built on a spirit of discovery, curiosity, and connection. At a time when the world of tea was largely shaped by long-established family houses, François-Xavier Delmas set out to approach tea differently: by traveling directly to tea-producing countries and learning from the people who cultivate, harvest, and craft tea every day.

Through these journeys and encounters, Palais des Thés became more than a tea house. It became a place of exploration and education, where guests are invited to discover the richness of tea culture at their own pace. Each tea reflects a relationship with its origin, its producer, and the traditions behind it.

In 2026, Palais des Thés celebrates its 40th anniversary, marking four decades of sharing exceptional teas, meaningful stories, and a deeper appreciation for tea from around the world. This milestone honors the same guiding belief that has shaped the brand since the beginning: tea is not only something to taste, but something to learn, experience, and love.
