HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
- Boston Harbor Hotel is located on Atlantic Avenue, just 3 miles, or a 10-minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport.
- Guests may arrive by sea through the Rowes Wharf Water Taxi, which may be reserved during hours of operation by the Concierge.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
- Guests can take the Boston Water Taxi directly between the Boston Harbor Hotel and Boston Logan Airport.
- Based on availability, our house cars are available for drop-offs on Fridays and Saturdays between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

DO I NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND BOSTON?
- The city of Boston is incredibly pedestrian-friendly, and Boston Harbor Hotel's downtown location makes it easy to walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, and more.
- Guests can also travel between a number of waterfront locations by using the Boston Water Taxi, which stops at Boston Harbor Hotel.
- Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are also a convenient option while travelling around the city, as well as public transportation including the subway, buses, and ferries.
- If you do choose to bring a vehicle, Boston Harbor Hotel offers both self-parking and valet options, as well as electric vehicle chargers.

WHAT PARKING SERVICES DOES THE HOTEL PROVIDE?
- Self-parking is currently available at Rowes Wharf in the underground garage managed by Laz Parking. Guests are permitted to leave and return to the garage within the day without any extra charge. Electric charging stations and car washes are available. Oversized vehicles with a height greater than 6′ 6″ will be directed to an offsite garage.
- Self-Parking, $55 daily.
- Valet parking remains available for overnight hotel guests, $70 daily.

- A photo ID and credit card are required at check in.
- An authorization for nightly rate, including tax, and incidentals at $250 per night will be charged upon check-in.

IS THE HOTEL PET-FRIENDLY?
- Pets are permitted at Boston Harbor Hotel for a $100 non-refundable daily fee per pet, at a maximum of two (2) pets per guestroom.
- Service animals permitted.
- We are happy to provide pet walking services through our Concierge for an additional fee.

- The 15th floor of the hotel is a pet-free and hypoallergenic floor.

WHAT FEES ARE APPLIED TO MY STAY?
- Boston Harbor Hotel does not charge resort or destination fees for your stay. Applicable state and federal taxes will be applied at checkout.
- To cover incidental charges, a refundable deposit of $250 will be applied to your card at check-in.
- Guests staying with pets will be charged an additional $100 per night, per pet.
