    For nearly two decades, Nathan Goff has been the Chef Concierge at Boston Harbor Hotel, where he leads with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. A respected figure in his field, Nathan has served over 15 years on the Board of Directors for Les Clefs d’Or USA, holding roles from Membership Director to President, and now serves as President Emeritus of the global concierge association. A native of the Boston area, Nathan began his career at Boston Harbor in 1999 and quickly discovered his calling in hospitality. He takes pride in personalizing every guest’s visit, sharing his insider knowledge of Boston’s most charming neighborhoods.

    Griffin Hanna

    Concierge

    Since joining the Boston Harbor Hotel in 2017, Griffin has brought warmth, curiosity, and a love of storytelling to his role as Concierge. He began his hospitality career as a bellman, often listening in on the Concierge Desk and was captivated by the endless variety of guest questions, a discovery that led him to pursue the role himself. Known for building genuine relationships with returning guests, Griffin takes pride in creating a welcoming, personalized experience that reflects the heart of Boston Harbor Hotel hospitality.

    Long Nguyen

    Concierge

    With over three years at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Long Nguyen is dedicated to enhancing every guest’s stay between the hotel and beyond. Having transitioned from a guest relations role focused on in-hotel experiences, Long was inspired to join the Concierge team to expand his ability to curate exceptional moments throughout Boston. Mentored by Chef Concierge Nathan Goff, Long values the team’s deep network of connections, which enables them to deliver thoughtful, resourceful, and personalized service that defines the Boston Harbor Hotel experience.
