One of Boston's most beloved summer traditions is back, and this year it's bigger, bolder, and more immersive than ever. The Boston Harbor Hotel proudly presents the 27th Annual Summer in the City, running from Friday, June 12th through Thursday, August 28th, 2026. This summer invites guests to discover the waterfront in a whole new way. From the return of beloved live music nights to the debut of Trillium Garden in collaboration with Trillium Brewing Co., Summer in the City 2026 delivers something for everyone—all steps from the harbor.

Summer in the City | Tuesday — Friday | 6:00 PM — 10:00 PM
The heart of Summer in the City beats on. Live performances return to the waterfront
Tuesday through Friday evenings, spanning jazz, soul, pop, and everything in between.
Whether you're a longtime fan or discovering the series for the first time, the music
lineup promises to be the soundtrack to your summer.

Thursday nights take on a special energy, shining a spotlight on rising local musicians
and giving Boston's next generation of talent center stage on the waterfront. Every other
Friday evening, the series welcomes the Mark Erelli Band of Melrose for a summer-long
residency, bringing their signature sound to Rowes Wharf throughout the season.

Trillium Garden | Tuesday-Friday | 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM
Trillium Garden makes its debut this summer in collaboration with Trillium Brewing
Company. Guests can enjoy iconic craft drafts and a custom cocktail program in a
relaxed, open-air setting right on the water. The Trillium Garden is the perfect pre-show
gathering spot before the evenings live music kicks off.

Aperitivo at Dandelion | Tuesday–Saturday | 4:00 PM — 8:00 PM | Opening June 2nd
Wind down the afternoon the Italian way at Aperitivo at Dandelion. Join us for a curated
selection of refreshing spritzes, sangria, and Italian wines, paired with savory bites
including bruschetta, fried calamari, oysters, and more.

Rowes Wharf Sea Grille Patio | Monday — Friday: 6:30 AM — 10: 00 PM | Saturday —
Sunday: 7:00 AM — 10:00 PM
The expanded outdoor patio at Rowes Wharf Sea Grille offers full-service dining with
what may be the best views in the city. Whether you're joining for a leisurely breakfast, a
long lunch, or dinner with the evenings live performance as your backdrop, the Sea
Grille delivers an unmatched al fresco waterfront experience.

Summer in the City To-Go | Tuesday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
For those who don't want to miss a beat, the all-new grab-and-go station serves up
elevated summer staples—from crispy smash burgers to fresh lobster rolls and french
fries. Light, casual, and perfectly suited to waterfront dining.

Summer in the City is open to the public and runs Tuesday to Friday, June 12th through
August 28th, with live music from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. The Trillium Garden and To-Go
station open at 2:00 PM on performance days, and the Rowes Wharf Sea Grille patio
welcomes guests seven days a week. Aperitivo at Dandelion opens June 2nd, Tuesday
through Saturday from 4:00–8:00 PM.
