The Boston Harbor Hotel Invites Budding Chefs to the Part in New Cooking Class Offerings
Kids are invited to enjoy a fun, educational and inspiring afternoon of cooking at the Boston Harbor Hotel this February School Vacation Week
WHO: The Boston Harbor Hotel invites budding chefs ages 6 to 12 to enjoy fun and interactive cooking classes designed with them in mind.
WHAT: This February School Vacation Week, the Boston Harbor Hotel offers two unique opportunities for kids to join two of the Hotel’s best chefs at their special Chefs In The Making classes for a fun, educational and inspiring afternoon of cooking!
Under the expert guidance of Executive Sous Chef Garrett Welch and Pastry Chef Shawn Dresser, children will enjoy a tour of the pop-up Harbor Market and special “behind the scenes” look at the Boston Harbor Hotel’s kitchen, learn about culinary safety and equipment and learn to prepare two dishes – one savory and one sweet. Each child will take home their own chef hat and apron, along with any left-overs of their culinary creations. Each Chefs In The Making cooking class offers culinary skills and education on healthy and delicious meals, and the opportunity for kids to cook their own dishes.
WHEN: Available Tuesday, February 21 and Thursday, February 23, 2017 (Massachusetts February School Vacation Week) from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
