Our talented bartenders created this specialty cocktail with Santa Teresa Rum paired with a splash of grapefruit juice, lime juice, a hint of prickly pear purée, a touch of lavender syrup, and garnished with a lavender flower.

What you will need:
- Santa Teresa Rum
- Grapefruit juice
- Prickly pear purée
- Lavender syrup
- Lime
- Lavender flower garnish
Directions:
- Grab your favorite martini glass
- Measure 2 oz Santa Teresa Rum
- Pour 1 oz grapefruit juice
- Add 1 oz prickly pear purée
- Add 0.5 oz lavender syrup
- Squeeze half a lime
- Pour mixture into cocktail shaker & shake for 10 seconds
- Strain mixture into glass
- Garnish with a lavender flower

Directions:
- Grab your favorite highball glass
- Measure 2 oz Gunpowder Citrus Gin
- Add 0.75 oz strawberry syrup
- Squeeze half a yuzu
- Pour 1 oz lychee puree
- Top off with Fever Tree Yuzu Soda
